Eclipse
Did you see the eclipse! No, im not talking about vampires........
There was a total lunar eclipse on Dec 11. I had to wake up at 4:30 to go see it. It was kinda cool, but if you missed it your outta luck. I was told it only happens once every 100 years. But its ok, i took some photos. Check it out
As the moon was almost gone the sun was coming up, so the sky lightened up. It was interesting because it was a full moon, then it was gone in a little over an hour.
I posted a photo of a plane I built for a friend also to make some extra $. (extra $? what does that mean! I guess that means my negative number is smaller) It turned out good though. He was really impressed with it.
Now I have some funny stories!
- Kylee was upstairs playing and came down and smelled bad cause she pooped her pants. I asked her "oh no! what happened?" and she replies "poop happens" Ha! I couldn't even be upset with her for pooping her pants it was so funny
- At a christmas party we went to there were minute to win it games, and they had a bunch of older kids go up on the stage and play so kylee ran up there and tried to play. The game was to put a cookie on your forehead, and try to get it in your mouth without using your hands. She just held her cookie and waited until the game was over then ate it. In the middle she looked at her cookie like 'sigh' and watched the other kids. It was so funny. Had to be there for that one.
- Zack has figured out how to squeeze and hold his breath until his face turns red. He does it every night at dinner and then laughs and looks at you so pleased with himself like 'yeah, im so funny'

Halloween Costumes
I told myself that I had to get a picture of our halloween costumes on here before December, so here it is!
We were smores! Made by grandma Mirehouse. (thanks!) Some people got it, some people couldn't figure out why 2 graham crackers and a chocolate bar were hanging out with a roll of toilet paper. uh...hello! Was still fun though. Kylee got the hang of trick or treating this year, and also lots of potty treats. She is doing really good at going potty now.
One of her favorite toys is dads tripod. Now that she has seen my use it a couple times she puts her play phone up there and aims it and pushes the button that sounds like it takes a photo. Then she usually says something like "Good Chesse" or if you say thank you she says "oh, your welcome" like she is a professional photographer doing a job for someone. What a goof!
Here are a couple of photos that kylee actually took with dads camera. Pretty good for a 3 year old even if they are a little crooked! This is Zacks favorite place to be, upside down looking around.

Kylee 3rd Birthday!
Kylee turned 3. She understands what a birthday party is now and she was so excited to have one for her. She had some friends over and played pin the nose on the pumpkin, they did a craft and made some "stained glass" window hangers, beat on an unbreakable pinata, and had some cupcakes and ice cream. It was a lot of fun.

Kids in Cali
We had lots of fun in California while vising grandma and grandpa. Here are a couple of photos off of my phone, so they are not the best quality.... but, they are still cute! Enjoy!
I think the best caption for this would be "church chapstick!" Take a close look.
This day they both got stuck within 10 min of each other. Zack got high centered on kyleess potty, and then she put the stroller on her head and buckled it and couldnt get it off. At least were not bored!
Kylee picked you a flower! She is doing pretty good as a big sister.
Anybody ever read calvin and hobbs? I am sure if I looked through them I could find a cartoon that looks just like them sitting in the box watching TV.
She was so excited to play in the grass! How sad! They looked like this almost every night.
Must be at the grandparents house. Whip cream from the can and games at the pizza parlor.

Hanging with Dad and Jesse
While in Montery we went sailing with one of dads friends. It was a lot of fun. Although I must admit I was a bit worried about getting sick again after the driving academy!
We had good weather and saw lots of seals and stuff. Jesse and me taking the Lancair back to Visalia. It is quite a ride. We easily hit 300 knots with no tailwind, a lot better than walking!
While I was waiting for the driving academy one of the things I worked on was an exam table for the office. Kylee liked to help when we used the air compressor to blow it off after sanding.
Driving School
Dad took Richard and Jesse to a driving academy for their birthday! It was insane! Got do drive lots of fast cars, including the SLS AMG Mercedes. We drove on the Laguna Seca Racetrack and the weather was awesome.

Drag race in progress. We did pretty well. Smoked everyone in our group (we are the grey blur)
Nice car! They make even the worst drivers look good. Here is our group, the yellow team.
"I'm too sexy for my helmet" I rode as a passenger with Jesse, and was taking pictures etc during the run, and ended up not feeling too hot. Then they asked if we wanted to take two cars and follow one of the professional drivers around the track. Just the three of us. Of course we couldnt turn that down. So after about 20 laps Richard had to pull in the pits and give his lunch back. Jesse told the driver congrats because we are both pilots so to make us sick is a good job on his part. It was worth it!
While we were at the track Zack went with Grandma to visit Jesses new baby. While he was there they had lots of fun and Zack had his own driving school!
Thank you again to Grandpa and Grandma for allowing us to go do this!
